SPECIAL HORSES

If you are an experienced horseperson looking for a special friend, please take a look at the following horses.  These very special horses are looking for good, caring homes.  If there is no price following the horse, it means that we are asking for a donation for CMHR (Chances Miniature Horse Rescue) and they must go to approved homes.

WWF Bayberry Banner (1989) (Little Kings Bay Banner x Sunbows Lil Doll)  AMHR/AMHA 34”

Bayberry has suffered through 2 bad hip locks and should never be bred.  She is in good health, loves babies and would wean your babies for you.  If you have a place for a companion horse she would love a home where she has less competition for her dinner!  ADOPTION

Patsy Brown  "Etho" (1987) (4 Gs Fashionable Red III x unreg.)  AMHR 36”

Etho is a handsome black mare, looks about 10 though she is actually 20.  She was given to me a few years ago but would do better in a lower density herd with some personal attention.  She is shy, comes from an abusive first home, but warms up with attention.  ADOPTION

Soats Silver Maple (1992) (Komokos Little Highball x Twin Maples Peggy Sue)  AMHR 35”

Silver is a beautiful silver dapple mare whose mane hangs down to her knees!  She has had several foals for us, is a great mom and good producer.  Silver dislocated her hip 4 yrs ago and needs special trimming as one leg is shorter than the other but she gets around fine, can carry a foal without difficulty, she just has trouble dealing with a herd situation.  She produced a handsome chestnut pinto colt this year.  Price without colt $500.00

Oatmeal Acres Spartan Surprise (05) WWF Unos Hero x WWF Rollers Ivy

Sparty was born at 300 days gestation while his mom was in the hospital with Hyperlipemia.  He is a handsome silver dapple pinto B colt but has sticky stifles and may need surgery in the future.  At this time regular hoof trims have the condition under control.  Would make a great kids gelding, tall enough for small kids to ride at 36”.  $250.00
